Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you carry? +
Yes. Centra Supply is an authorized dealer for all of the brands we carry, including Minuteman, Tornado, Powr-Flite, Onyx, EDIC-USA, BE Power Equipment, and Diamond Products. We are authorized to sell these manufacturers products, and all equipment purchased through us is genuine and factory-sourced.
Are the products new or refurbished? +
All products sold by Centra Supply are brand new from the manufacturer. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or used equipment.
Do your products come with a warranty? +
Yes. Because we are an authorized dealer, every product we sell is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type. If your product qualifies, we will help connect you with the appropriate manufacturer support channel. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
How long does shipping take? +
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Standard transit time is 4–7 business days after the order ships, for a total estimated delivery window of 5–9 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Where do you ship? +
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
Do you offer freight shipping for large equipment? +
Yes. Large commercial equipment ships via LTL freight. If your order requires freight delivery, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery details and provide tracking once your order ships. Freight deliveries are made to the curb or loading dock, and someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
How do I track my order? +
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can use that tracking number directly on the carrier website to monitor your delivery.
Can I return a product if I change my mind? +
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused, and unassembled condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns only, and return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer responsibility. There is no restocking fee for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover return shipping in those cases. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order? +
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge, provided the order has not yet shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@centrasupply.com or +1 (630) 634-7281. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process in our Return & Refund Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns after shipment.
What if my equipment arrives damaged? +
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and items and note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@centrasupply.com. Damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement, with return shipping covered by us.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through Shopify Payments. Depending on your device and browser, digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also available at checkout. See our Payment Options page for details.
Do you charge sales tax? +
Centra Supply collects sales tax only on orders shipped to Illinois. Orders shipped to all other U.S. states are tax-free.
